Christmas (3rd Form)

CHRISTMAS

       

              Every year there is a big Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square. This is a present from the people of Norway. English people like  to look at the tree. 

                 The shops are very busy on Christmas.People want to buy presents. And they buy a lot of food and drink. 

             For Christmas dinner people eat turkey, potatoes and green vegetables. Then they have Christmas pudding. At five o'clock they drink tea and eat Christmas cake. 

                  The day after Christmas is Boxing Day . People don't work on that day.
